Once you have purchased either
Bronze, Silver or
Gold session or sessions, I will
send you the paperwork that you will need to complete
and return to me. Please ensure I have your phone
number to call you. If for any reason you want
to call me then this is also fine. So make sure
you tell me of your preference. Then we can arrange
a mutually suitable time for our session/Sessions.
These sessions will be carried out over the phone,
or face to face (if I am
in your area)
and will last approximately one hour. I will be
responsible for the cost of the calls; this is
where I am different from many other coaches.
As part of my need for excellence I will at the
end of our coaching require you to give me your feedback,
a true testimonial and hopefully a referral. This
is vital for me as I will not be spending large
amounts on advertising my services. I only want
the business I generate to come from referrals.
This means each and every time I coach I will
be so focused on achieving great results,
hopefully you will spread the word for me. (but
not compulsory) Thus building
my client data base of fully satisfied customers.
This in my opinion is a great two way trade off.
